This space is being held on International Women’s Day and is lovingly designed for women, femmes, & queer folk to come together in celebration of our bodies, experiences, and the diverse beauty of our anatomy. Through a combination of playful activities, somatic self-love practices & community sharing, this workshop offers a welcoming environment to explore, connect & celebrate the unique beauty of your body & your power. Earlybird available till 22nd February. What to Expect: ✨ Somatic Self-Love & Soothing Movement: Reconnect with your body through gentle, somatic exercises & movement designed to cultivate self-compassion, ease, and presence. 💃 Playful Dancing: Celebrate joy & self-expression with light hearted, inclusive dancing that invites creativity and fun. 🧁 Creative Body Expression Cupcakes: Decorate cupcakes inspired by the beauty and individuality of vulvas, breasts or whatever represents your unique beauty and feels right to you. This playful activity honours body diversity & is aimed at dismantling stigma around our bodies in a light-hearted way. 🗣️ Community Sharing Circle: Engage in open, supportive discussions about body acceptance, self-love, and the unique experiences that unite us. Share your voice or simply listen as we create a space for mutual respect and empowerment. This workshop is being held on International Women's Day. We acknowledge that the vulva does not define womanhood. Not all women have vulvas, and not everyone with a vulva identifies as a woman. This space celebrates the vulva as part of many individuals’ lived experiences, and as a symbol often hidden or stigmatised in society. Growing up, many of us never learned about the vulva or even heard the word spoken. Through this workshop, we aim to reclaim the vulva as a source of empowerment, creativity, & connection, while honouring the diversity of bodies & lived experiences. It’s a space to have open & light-hearted convos about our bodies. This event welcomes all participants to engage in a way that feels authentic for them. Whether you’re here to reflect, move, share, or simply have fun, we invite you to celebrate yourself & others in a supportive & joyful space. 📍Wellnest, Kirkstall, Leeds.
