A cosy, sensual, feel-good winter gathering for grown-up babes who want connection without the Valentine’s pressure. A soft, romantic, platonic slow-down day, made with care. We’ll move gently through Sensual Babe practices: grounding, wiggly, curious movement, scarves, slow somatics & rest. There’ll be invitations into care and connection too: hair ribbon tying, nurturing touch, or simply being alongside one another. Everything is optional, consent-led & held softly. Dress up romantically or sensually if you fancy (lingerie, cosy layers, something playful or just come comfy). There’s no right way to show up. We’ll craft heart keyrings to take home with Rosie, share a relaxed Palentine’s lunch & dessert with easy connection prompts, then gather round the fire pit with a hot drink. Sitting with questions of care, friendship and romance. Listening, sharing, cuddling or just warming our toes. For those who fancy it, the day can finish with an optional sauna + hot tub soak. Nude, semi-nude or swimwear. Always your choice. A day to remind you that romance, care & tenderness don’t belong only to couples. Come as you are babe! Please let me know in advance if chair is needed. • Music is used • The space is low-pressure & flexible - you’re welcome to step out or engage in whatever you need Soul Hub is a cosy, community-rooted wellness space - not a closed-off spa, but a warm, welcoming place. While our room & sauna are private for the gathering, the café and wider space are open to the public, mixed-gender staff who may be working in the Spa areas & public around in shared spaces. Nudity is optional in the sauna/hot tub, but no obligation.
