I facilitate HEART-OPENING experiences through the embodied modalities of somatic movement, ceremonial cacao, yoga, dance, self-enquiry, breathwork & mediation.
I believe that SELF-WORTH & CONFIDENCE are our superpowers, and that the key to embodying our fullest BADDASS potential is to cultivate a deep sense of compassion and ACCEPTANCE FOR YOURSELF.
