YEAH LOVE – Disclaimer Form

I, agree to the following:

1. That I am participating in the Yoga classes or any other workshops, retreats, one-2-ones, events or courses offered at YEAH LOVE during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga, movement or health. I recognise that exercise and movement requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the yoga classes, workshops, retreats, one-2-ones, events or courses offered by YEAH LOVE. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition, which would prevent my full participation in these yoga classes, workshops, retreats, one-2-ones, events or courses

3. If I am pregnant I understand that I participate fully at my own risk and that of my unborn child/children.

4. I agree to disclose my pregnancy, physical limitations, disabilities, ailments or impairments, which may affect ability to participate.

5. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes, workshops, retreats, one-2-ones, events or courses, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries for programmes offered by YEAH LOVE.

6. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes, workshops, retreats, one-2-ones, events or courses, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against my YEAH LOVE instructor for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in these programmes.

7. I understand that from time to time during yoga or movement classes, workshops, retreats, one-2-ones, events or courses, the instructor may physically adjust students’ form and posture (subject to COVID 19 restrictions). If I do not want such physical adjustments, I will so inform the instructor at each class I attend. I also acknowledge that if I do wish to receive such adjustments, it is my responsibility to inform the instructor when an adjustment has gone as far as I desire at that time.

8. I hereby take full and sole responsibility from any liability of loss or damage to personal property associated with yoga classes or any other events.

 

In person classes during Coronavirus (COVID-19)

If I attend an in person class whilst Coronavirus restrictions and safety measures are in place, I will:

(A) Take care of myself by following the appropriate government guidance on measures such as hand washing and social distancing.

(B) Follow the protocols and safety measures set out by YEAH LOVE for attending in person classes

(C) Not attend any class I have booked, or the YEAH LOVE physical space, should I be displaying any symptoms or have knowingly been in contact with anyone who is symptomatic.

(D) Inform YEAH LOVE should I develop symptoms following attendance at an in person class.
 

Online & virtual classes

(A)  As with our studio classes, by taking part in any online class, I acknowledge that classes may be physically strenuous, and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there could be a risk of personal injury.

(B) When practising from home, I accept full responsibility for my home space and the health and safety precautions within this space.

(C) I acknowledge that YEAH LOVE accepts no responsibility for any potential injuries as a result of practise outside of the studio space.

(D) YEAH LOVE is not responsible for any injuries I may experience as a result of my use of any material found on the company website.

(E) Whilst practising online I am responsible for choosing and taking suitable modifications within my practice and if I choose to divert from the general instructions of the class, then I am doing so at my own discretion.

YEAH LOVE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

I, agree to the following:

Cancellation Policy: All Yoga classes or any other workshops, retreats, one-2-ones, events or courses are non-refundable. All sales are final and no refunds or exchanges shall be granted, except as required by law. Customer may resell lawfully acquired tickets at face value or less, but YEAH LOVE must be informed and new waiver signed by new attendee. If event has sold out and you are no longer able to attend, we will offer the place to our waitlist, if space is taken, you will then receive a refund (minus £5 admin charge).

 

Once any in-person class or workshop begins the doors of the venue will be locked, this is for safety reasons and to prevent any disruptions once the class or workshop has begun. If you do arrive late and the class is locked, you have forfeited your space and will not be due a refund. For any online class, if you arrive late and are not able to gain access into Zoom, you have forfeited your space and will not be due a refund.

 

Occasionally classes may need to be covered by another teacher/facilitator. I will only get cover from a teacher that is similar to the way I teach, this will not affect your practise in anyway. They are fully qualified and insured, the same way I am. I will post any information about this on any social media accounts.

 

YEAH LOVE reserves the right to cancel Yoga classes or any other workshops, retreats, one-2-ones, events or courses by giving you notice in writing (including by email) at any time before the course is due to start. YEAH LOVE will refund all fees paid by you or if possible, will endeavour to offer a transfer to another offering as an alternative, subject to payment or refund of any difference in purchase price.  YEAH LOVE liability when it cancels any Yoga classes or any other workshops, retreats, one-2-ones, events or courses will be limited to a refund of the fee or any other charges paid for the cancelled event.

 

Behaviour: Any inappropriate, offensive, threatening or rude behaviour online or at in-person events will not be tolerated. Said person will be removed, no refund given and banned from all future events. If needed, charges will be pressed.

 

Online content: You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, distribute, disseminate, publish, post, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, upload to, transmit, or in any way exploit any content from any online offering and/or on the Website. You may not sell or offer for sale any of the content, or allow third parties to access it, or use such content to construct any kind of database. You may use the content from any online class, course or event and/or on the Website only for personal, non-commercial use. Any violation of these terms may result in your expulsion from YEAH LOVE events, and you may be subjected to fines and penalties.

Photographs & Video: Photographs & Videos taken during Class and/or Workshops may be used for advertising purposes. If you do not want photographs taken, please advise YEAH LOVE at the beginning of class/workshop.

 

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above under my own free will. By booking into any YEAH LOVE classes (in-person or online) or accessing online material I hereby agree to the terms and conditions above.

Upon booking any of our services you are confirming you indicate acceptance of our waiver.
