This space is for women, queer women, trans women & non-binary folk to come together & celebrate each other. And maybe even make some new pals! All shapes, bodies, ages & abilities are welcome. And we are LGBTQIA+ friendly! If you’ve been feeling the pull of it being a HELL YEAH then it’s for you!

I alway foster full autonomy over your own body and what you do with it within my sessions, this summer camp is no different. Maybe you’ve never been on a retreat at all before, that’s also totally okay! I invite you to be brave and come along for the ride babe!

This isn't a hotel 5 Star luxury experience, but it's an epic romance that's rustic and wholesome with home comforts and full of romance. Enjoyment of nature is probably desired, as we are glamping, but the venue is absolutely gorgeous with lots of home comforts everywhere. :-)

FYI - Although retreats & summer camp can be deeply therapeutic, this isn't therapy. I am not a trained therapist and so it may not be suitable for some.

Absolutely. Sometimes coming on your own can mean you can fully let go into the experience, and make some new like-minded friends! Pretty much everyone that attends comes alone, but we also get a lot of repeat people and so the community is growing stronger. I’ll always do my best to help you feel supported & part of the group.

Absolutely not. Everything is very optional. I guide you to listen to your body and to move in a way that is kind and compassionate to yourself. Although my style of yoga & movement practices I regard as being gentle, I appreciate everyone’s bodies are different, and always provide plenty of options. All wobbles & slow movement is welcome here (that’s my fav). You can join in as much or as little as you want. All shapes, sizes, jiggles welcome here! You can always choose time & space for yourself too if something doesn't resonate with you or you just need a nap! <3

Absolutely not. We will talk about consent & what we’re comfortable with at the start of the week. Others may choose to be nude, so you may be around other nude bodies, but there's no expectation for you to be and everyone is very respectful. We are a generally a very relaxed mixed group. This week is to celebrate ourselves and our (at times optionally naked) bodies at times if desired, however we want to be is perfect.

There is also opportunities to dress in lingerie for certain workshops (or all week if you like), but again this is completely optional.

We definitely try to support everyone as best we can. Upon booking the summer camp, you will receive a Welcome pack designed to support & guide you through your journey. It includes detailed information in easy to understand language, covering all options available to you. You will also receive a packing checking list. The aim is make your experience as smooth as possible.

As much as we love creating mystery to some parts of the week, we know not everyone likes surprises. So if you would prefer to know all the details ahead of time, including all workshops & activities, the week's menu, the venue or anything else in advance. We're happy to share that. If there's anything else you'd like to know or we can support you with, drop us an email!

A big part of these experiences is in the collective platonic romance. This will change every camp, but there will always be a small invitation for your involvement. It's up to you how much you do! It could be making a gift for someone. It could be organising a thoughtful date for someone else. It could be offering your own gifts & talents to the group. Perhaps it's going with someone to get up early to see the stars before the sunrise. It could be just showing up with your beautiful energy and listening to someone else's story. Whatever it is, we all play a part in this beautiful mashup of romance.

Unfortunately this venue is in nature and is in a rural setting with rough terrain and is not stepfree, so would not be suitable for wheelchair users and may be problematic for those with some mobility issues. However, there are a few of us (myself included) who have health issues, which mean taking things slow. So we will all support each other in doing that.

The nature hike is taken at a slow pace so that all can go together, but there may be some inclines/declines with the hike itself being approx an hours walk or less each way. But we will all take our time together. No-one left behind. Slow walkers here!

All movement practices and workshops can be adapted, with chairs & cushions available. Full autonomy given at all times to do what you need for you, ask for what you need and as always everything is very optional too.

Music & smells do feature in most of the workshops, but smells can be removed if needed. Music will be suited to the workshop, but you are welcome to bring noise quietening plugs like Loop Ears, if that helps.

Stillness is never enforced, stim & move as much as you need in any activity.

We are less than one hour from Malaga airport, the nearest village is Guaro and nearest hosptial is Hospital de Alta Resolución Valle del Guadalhorce (30mins drive away). A shuttle taxi will be provided from the airport. If missed, you will be responsible for your own travel to the Costa Del Soul.

Yes there is a nice bathroom block which includes toilets and showers, as well additional toilet and shower by the pool and an outside shower by the hot tub.

Yes! There is electricity in your tent and wifi is available on site, but this is an opportunity to switch off as much as possible. I will be inviting you to let go of your digital devices and we will have tech-free zones. <3

Option to hand your phone in for the week if you dare :-) Loved ones can have access to my emergency number if needed to get in contact.

Ofcourse! Payment plans are available. Pay a £300 deposit then the remaining amount can be paid in a payment plan (3-8 month options).
