There will be crafting, waterfalls, cacao, sun-drenched rest, the gentle company of donkeys, and space to move, play, soothe and simply be—clothed or bare.

Every morning, we rise with the golden Spanish sun, its warmth kissing our skin as the soft hum of nature stirs us awake—birds singing, the breeze whispering through the hills, maybe even the gentle call of a distant donkey (love that they're with us!).
We’ll wake ourselves—and our senses—through playful & embodied movement, moving into the day with kindness, curiosity and joy.

Our days will flow with romance, rituals, and deep connection—movement, workshops, saunas, jacuzzis, waterfalls, circles, and sweet, silly moments woven in between. Time will slow as we lounge in hammocks, dip into the pool, share funny stories, or melt into laughter. We may nap, cry, laugh or dance together—whatever our hearts and bodies crave.

Who is your host Alis?
I’m a down-to-earth Yorkshire lass with a big heart and a passion for guiding you back to your most loving, fabulous, and grounded self.
​
I create joyful, welcoming spaces where all bodies are celebrated, leading embodied experiences through playfulness, movement, cacao, yoga, self-inquiry, breathwork, and meditation. My approach is playful yet profound—where you can cry, laugh, take a big sigh and reconnect all in the same breath.
I don't believe you need "fixing" to experience something deep. Growth doesn’t have to come from struggle—it can come from joy, softness, and connection.

When I’m not holding space, you’ll find me shaking my booty, cold-water swimming, devouring chips, and laughing at live comedy.
​
These retreats were born out of my own travels where I spent days being barefoot in nature with simple pleasures. I never felt more free. I wish for you to experience the same!

FAQ
Is this retreat for me?
This space is for women, femmes, transwomen & non-binary AFAB to come together & celebrate each other. And maybe even make some new friends! All shapes, bodies, ages & abilities are welcome. And we are LGBTQIA+ friendly! If you’ve been feeling the pull of it being a HELL YEAH then it’s for you! I alway foster full autonomy over your own body and what you do with it within my sessions, this retreat is no different. Maybe you’ve never been on a retreat at all before, that’s also totally okay! I invite you to be brave and come along for the ride babe! This isn't a hotel 5 Star luxury experience, but it's an epic romance that's rustic and wholesome with home comforts and full of romance. Enjoyment of nature is probably desired :-) But FYI - Although retreats can be deeply therapeutic, this isn't therapy.
Do I need to be good at yoga or dancing?
Absolutely not. Everything is very optional. I guide you to listen to your body and to move in a way that is kind and compassionate to yourself. Although my style of yoga & movement practices I regard as being gentle, I appreciate everyone’s bodies are different, and always provide plenty of options. All wobbles & slow movement is welcome here (that’s my fav). You can join in as much or as little as you want. All shapes, sizes, jiggles welcome here!
Do I have to be naked?
Absolutely not. We will talk about consent & what we’re comfortable with at the start of the week. Others may choose to be nude, but there's no expectation for you to be. We are a generally a very relaxed mixed group. This week is to celebrate ourselves and our (at times optionally naked) bodies at times if desired, however we want to be is perfect.
Can I pay in installments?
Ofcourse! Payment plans are available. Pay a £300 deposit then the remaining amount can be paid in a payment plan (over 4 or 5 months). Earlybird pricing includes payment plans. (Details on booking form) £1300 EARLYBIRD £1430 FULL PRICE

Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Sometimes coming on your own can mean you can fully let go into the experience, and make some new like-minded friends! I’ll also do my best to help you feel supported & part of the group.

Are there toilets & showers?
Yes there are indoor and outdoor showers and toilets
What is the accessibility of the venue?
We are less than one hour from Malaga airport, the nearest village is Guaro. A shuttle taxi will be provided from the airport. If missed, you will be responsible for your own travel to the Costa Del Soul. We are out in nature and in a venue which isn’t stepfree, so may be problematic for those with some mobility issues.

Is there electricity?
Yes! There is electricity in your tent and wifi is available on site, but this is an opportunity to switch off as much as possible. I will be inviting you to let go of your digital devices. <3
