All YEAH LOVE group containers, workshops&events, classes and 1-2-1 sessions are all priced individually. Prices will be shown clearly on each individual booking page. For certain events & classes, we offer discounted community-priced spots. This is for those on low-income and universal credit. These will be limited so please only take these spots if you whole-heartedly need it. I believe these practices should be available for everyone, so if you are struggling financially, please do get in touch.

Your awesome self, an open mind and heart! Each class and workshop varies, but you will receive an email with every booking that details what you need. Some places to start: 1. Clothing that you feel either super comfortable or confident in. 2. Yoga mat, blocks or bricks (yoga props) and cushions. 3. A cosy blanket. 4. An eye pillow. 5. A journal & pen. 6. Optional: hairy toes, wobbly knees, jiggly butt, soft belly and your heart. ❤️

Music is a big part of my life and my own practice. Every class and workshop is completely different, but expect an eclectic Alis mix to help us delve into the different energies throughout the varying practices. Soft pop, r'n'b, soulful spiritual vibes, dance anthems, beautiful chorus, sensual sounds, beats to get you moving and soothing sounds to relax.

For these online sessions, everyone is required to have their cameras on, so we can all feel a level of comfort&trust and so I can make sure you're safe.

Oh yeah baby! All my offerings are inclusive and generally gentle, slow-paced and prop-led practices. I will never refer to any practice as easy or hard (as that is completely relative to your own body and experience). I offer lots of variations, you get to choose what works for you! So whether you're an experienced yogi, dancer, already an embodied baddass or just starting out, been to a billion "wellness" events or never been to one, no fear, I got you! I always encourage you to make all the practices your own. We are all unique.

Most definitely! I'm here to celebrate you! I know how daunting it can be for anyone coming into "wellness" spaces and I welcome everyone. I provide lots of variations, so you can choose what works best for your body. You are definitely meant to be here!

I really believe yoga & these self-love practices are for everyone. All my offerings are mindful and lots of variations are given. I'm always learning more, so that I can offer lots of variations for those who practice on the floor, standing, seated or in a wheelchair. I aim to choose venues that are accessible with accessible toilets available. However, it will always clearly say on the specific event page the accessibility, so please check before booking. On a personal level, having lived in a body that experiences chronic pain and fatigue, I always encourage you to listen to your body and do what works for you (even if that's sitting or lying down for the whole practice!) There can be so many different things going on for us on a physical, cognitive or psychological (and many times invisible) level, so if in doubt, please feel free to reach out to me, so I can better support you on this journey. I am always striving to improve, so I always welcome feedback here.

Each class is different. Currently: SENSUALBABE & I LOVE WEDNESDAYS a one-week recording is available, but this is for LOVE 4EVA CLUB membership only. Only myself will be visible in the recording. ASSANA (in-person) are in person only. ASSANA events online are not recorded, live only.
