WHAT IS SLAY?

Capture One Catalog1855.jpg

SLAY is a 5-week group embodied self-love journey. In this CONFIDENCE building container we will explore a holistic, somatic and embodied approach to finding love and reverence for yourself. You are already worthy, fabulous, love itself and a baddass, you just needed reminding. I will guide you through a journey of self-discovery: to experience the healing and TRANSFORMATIVE power of movement of both body and mind.

In this unique uplifting practice expect laughter, expressive dopamine dressing, exploring somatic movement & shaking, breathwork, gentle yoga, ASSANA, intuitive dancing, booty shaking, dynamic meditation, self-massage, positive affirmations, authentic connections and self enquiry in a SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY that embraces you. Learn to transform your limiting beliefs, let go of the stories, tap into your body's innate wisdom to express emotions, move through and release them and embody your baddass self.

This is a safe and non-judgemental transformative space where we get to share and grow together. This container is held online. Absolutely no yoga or dance experience necessary!

WHY SLAY?

"After years of battling my own body image issues and crippling self-doubt and limiting beliefs, which ruled my life. I realised how much how I negatively experienced being in my body and my mind. My thoughts and emotions completely dictated every aspect of my life and stopped me living to my full potential.

Finding pleasure, peace, freedom and safety in my body has been my spiritual practice. When practising these embodiment and somatic practices, it all becomes part of my acceptance of where I'm at; improves how I experience being in my body and so freedom to be comfortable in my own skin, to allow emotions to be expressed, to feel empowered, to take chances and cultivate deep love for myself."
